Privacy Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how AV Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use the CH Drivers website at ch-drivers.com. We are the data controller for this processing. For any privacy question, contact us at support@ch-drivers.com.
1. Data we collect
- Account data — your email address, password (stored only as a secure hash), and any name you provide.
- Order data — the Drivers you buy, the MAC address you enter for each license, your License Keys, and order history.
- Payment data — card payments are handled by Stripe. We receive confirmation of payment and limited details (such as the email and the last digits/brand of the card) but never your full card number.
- Technical data — standard server logs and cookies necessary to keep you signed in and to operate the Site securely.
2. How and why we use it
- To provide the service (create your account, process orders, generate and deliver License Keys) — legal basis: performance of a contract.
- To provide support and respond to your enquiries — legal basis: our legitimate interest in helping customers.
- To keep the Site secure and prevent fraud or abuse — legal basis: legitimate interest.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations (e.g. keeping transaction records) — legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
3. Service providers we share data with
We use trusted providers to run the service. They process data only on our instructions:
- Supabase — account database and authentication.
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional emails (order confirmations, License Keys, password resets).
- Vercel — website hosting.
- Cloudflare — domain and email routing.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside your country. Where personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, it is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep account and order data for as long as you have an account and for as long afterwards as needed to meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. You can ask us to delete your account; we will do so unless we are required to retain certain records by law.
6. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including the GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. To exercise any of these, email support@ch-drivers.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
7. Cookies
We use only the cookies necessary for the Site to function — chiefly to keep you signed in and to secure your session. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the “last updated” date above shows the current version.
