Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the CH Drivers website at ch-drivers.com (the “Site”) and the software drivers sold through it (the “Drivers”). The Site and Drivers are operated by AV Solutions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Cyprus under registration number HE 161462, with its registered office at Spyrou Kiprianou 30, Yermasogia, 4040 Limassol, Cyprus.

By creating an account, downloading a trial, or purchasing a Driver, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Definitions

• Driver — a software package (.pkg) that runs on a Crestron Home processor.
• License — the right to use one Driver on one processor, as described below.
• Processor — a supported Crestron Home controller, identified by its MAC address.
• License Key — the activation code we issue that ties a License to a specific MAC address.

2. Accounts

To purchase a Driver you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into these Terms.

3. License grant

On full payment for a Driver, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use that Driver on the single Crestron processor whose MAC address you provided at checkout. Unless a product page states otherwise, each purchase covers one processor and produces one License Key.

You may not:

• copy, redistribute, resell, rent, or share the Driver or its License Key;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
• use a License Key on a processor other than the one it was issued for; or
• circumvent, disable, or tamper with the licensing or activation mechanism.

4. Free trial

Most Drivers can be downloaded and run as a free time-limited trial (typically two hours of operation per activation) without a License Key, so you can confirm the Driver works in your environment before buying. We strongly encourage you to test a Driver via the trial before purchasing, as refunds are limited (see our Refund Policy).

5. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on each product page in euros (EUR) and are exclusive of VAT. AV Solutions Ltd is registered for VAT in Cyprus (VAT number CY10161462B). The applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing country. Business customers in the EU may enter a valid VAT number at checkout, in which case the reverse-charge mechanism may apply and no VAT is added. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card details. Your card statement and receipt may show the merchant’s legal name, N.E. AUDIOVISUAL SOLUTIONS. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already completed.

6. Delivery

Drivers are delivered digitally. After a successful payment, your License Key is shown in your account under Orders and sent to your account email address. Keys are generated automatically; in the rare event of a delay, the key still appears in your account once processing completes.

7. Support

Support is provided by email at support@ch-drivers.com. We aim to help with installation and activation issues but do not guarantee that a Driver will be compatible with every configuration — again, please use the free trial to verify compatibility first.

8. Intellectual property

The Drivers, the Site, and all related content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

9. Disclaimers

The Drivers are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Drivers will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future Crestron firmware. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory rights you may have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to a Driver or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Driver giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will apply to purchases made after the change takes effect.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus, and the courts of Cyprus shall have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
