Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 July 2026
Our Drivers are digital products, delivered instantly as a License Key. This policy explains when a refund is available. It sits alongside your statutory consumer rights, which it does not take away.
Try before you buy
Almost every Driver can be downloaded and run as a free time-limited trial (typically two hours of operation per activation) without a License Key. This lets you confirm the Driver installs, runs, and does what you need on your own processor before paying. Because a full trial is available, we ask that you use it — most compatibility questions are answered by the trial.
Digital delivery and the right of withdrawal
For digital content supplied immediately, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun with your consent. By completing checkout and receiving your License Key, you agree that delivery starts immediately and you acknowledge that you lose the right to withdraw once the key has been issued.
When we will refund
We will normally issue a full refund where:
- the Driver is faulty or does not work as described, and we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time;
- you were charged more than once for the same order, or an obvious billing error occurred; or
- you purchased the wrong Driver by mistake and the License Key has not yet been activated on a processor.
When we cannot refund
- Change of mind after a working License Key has been issued and/or activated.
- Incompatibility that the free trial would have revealed before purchase.
- Issues caused by changes outside our control, such as third-party hardware or Crestron firmware changes, where the Driver worked as described at the time of sale.
How to request a refund
Email support@ch-drivers.com from the address on your account, with your order details and a short description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe; the time for the funds to appear depends on your bank or card issuer.
